Rooted in Light, Poured in Love
We’re Elizabeth, a Lamar-born Missourian, and Wayne, a San Diego transplant. We crossed paths in Joplin five years ago and discovered a shared passion for faith, people, and of course really good coffee.

• In 2025 an unexpected opportunity fell into our laps: transform a neighborhood drive-thru into Lighthouse Coffee & Mercantile a place where everyone can feel God’s warmth in every cup.
• Our beans are sourced fresh from trusted partners right here in the region, so each sip and bite is made with care for our community.
• Why do we do it? Serve excellent coffee while sharing God’s love. That simple calling shapes every greeting, every latte, and every quiet corner of our shop.
